One of our team was recently tasked with researching information for a new environmental initiative.

He secured a list of a number of UK companies with the necessary knowledge and set off in genial telephone pursuit, he being a generally positive chap.

Since the information was reasonably specific, he estimated about an hour for the task.

Two hours later geniality had turned to despair as he interacted with yet another telephone answering service offering more multiple options than Chris Tarrant could fit on his monitor. When the option he really needed was to phone a friend.

 Of course the people he eventually spoke to were almost all unfailingly pleasant and helpful, albeit not necessarily always the right people to answer his questions (not their fault). 

What was obviously missing was the welcoming voice of a telephone receptionist who could listen to his needs, know exactly whom he could speak to and smoothly transfer him.  A dying service, alas. Replaced by automated systems designed to save companies’ money but too often costing customers time and money instead.

So, if it’s the personal touch you prefer, then a word of comfort. If you wish to ring us and you “know the extension number of the person you wish to speak to” please note: you must be ringing the wrong company!

You see we might be pioneers in many aspects of our bottle business, design ergonomics, hands free closures, hydration and environment initiatives but when it comes to old fashioned customer service we’re experienced enough to understand that ‘people buy from people’, our core mantra.

So we believe that interacting with customers at all levels from reception through admin to sales, is time well spent; which is a rational justification for the fact we enjoy speaking to you, too. 

Equally, we also know when to take the tongue off the gas. Which is why we offer our customers fast response e-mail communication (sales@ndaps.com reaches our key team, so the right person will respond), whilst ordering and re-ordering on-line is hopefully so easy, you don’t need speak to us if you haven’t the time.
